  • Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days once payment is confirmed.

  • Many of our products, especially customised and teamwear items, are produced in limited runs. As a result, some orders may require additional processing time to ensure quality and accuracy.


2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery (NZ): Typically 2–3 weeks from dispatch, depending on product type and demand.

  • Express Delivery: Available for selected products and urgent needs (additional charges apply).

  • Pre-Orders & Teamwear Orders: Custom or bulk orders may take longer due to manufacturing and finishing processes. Estimated timelines will be provided at the time of order.

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to seasonal demand, courier delays, or other factors outside our control.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Free shipping promotions (if available) will be clearly advertised on our website.


4. Tracking

  • You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear on the courier’s system.


5. Risk of Loss

  • All parcels are securely packaged and shipped with trusted courier partners.

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the order is delivered to your address.

  • While we make every effort to deliver on time, some orders may require extra time due to product customisation, limited production cycles, or high seasonal demand.
